
Classes include sun salutations, standing and seated poses, twists, backbends, and inversions–all at a relaxed pace. New students get comfortable with the basics of vinyasa flow, while students with more experience deepen their practice with variations, deeper backbends, arm balances, and more advanced inversions.
Note: This class is not appropriate for brand-new beginners. It assumes that you have some prior knowledge of yoga postures and have practiced flow yoga at least a few times.
