Classes at Bloom are a balance of energy and restoration, of stretching and holding as well as twisting and moving. She keeps the class fresh and interesting with new flows each week, and a new focus each month, always offering various options for those at different levels. She has a good playlist and a steady, calming voice that is easy to follow.
