I’ve done yoga for over 20 years and Kate’s class is the best!  It’s a great space, Kate is so welcoming, and her instruction is fantastic.  Classes are varied. The true testimony is that I feel so taken care of when I’m there and leave with such a feeling of peace and gratitude.

Classes at Bloom are a balance of energy and restoration, of stretching and holding as well as twisting and moving.  She keeps the class fresh and interesting with new flows each week, and a new focus each month, always offering various options for those at different levels. She has a good playlist and a steady, calming voice that is easy to follow.
